As a network, we have a very rigorous screening process to identify the best white-collar construction professionals. We are experts in construction, and we look for great problem solvers with passion, drive and the ability to work independently.
The Screening Process
We adhere to a strict 4 step screening process which results in only 10% of applicants joining the Zoomtal Network:
1. Language and Personality
The first step in the screening process is a comprehensive language, personality, and communication interview.
2. In Depth Skill Review
Next, we check for technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and intellect through various assessments.
3. Live Screening Exercises
Each candidate is screened by experts in their functional domain e.g. a quantity surveyor will be tested by a quantity surveyor.
4. Test Assignments
Each candidate is assigned a test project to evaluate whether they can “walk the walk.”
